• Desire locations with good demographics:

◦ strong fundamentals for long-term population and job growth
◦ no war-zones
• Prefer 15 or more occupied spaces, but all sizes are considered
• Prefer occupancy greater than 60%, but all will be considered
• Prefer public utilities
• Prefer electric and gas billed directly by provider
• All age or age-restricted (family or senior communities)
• Park-owned homes and some RV spaces are OK
• Terms Including: Cash, Seller Financing, Master Lease/Option
• All park ages, conditions and situations considered
